Under our CIDB 7GB PE grading, AAH Construction delivers full-scope building works from foundation to roof completion, including structural concrete works, brickwork, roofing systems, finishing trades, and associated building services in accordance with approved drawings and engineer specifications.

Civil Engineering Works (7CE PE)

We undertake civil works from initial site establishment through to completed infrastructure handover. Our scope includes site preparation, bulk excavation, cut-to-fill and cut-to-spoil earthworks operations, layerworks, municipal service reticulation, reinforced concrete structures, and roadworks construction in accordance with approved engineering drawings and municipal specifications.
All civil works are executed in coordination with consulting engineers, geotechnical reports, and municipal requirements, ensuring compliance, durability, and programme alignment.
